UNLOCKING

Q: How do I get a password?
A: You can obtain a password from the ClubSpooey.com website.

Q: What do I do with the Account ID and Password?
A: Get on-line then start the game. Enter your unlock info in the indicated boxes. Click on connect and the game will unlock upon verification. You do not need to be on-line to play the game.

Q: My Account ID/Password worked before but now don’t.
A: Your account may have been accessed by too many different computer systems. Piracy of the program will cause your account to be cancelled.

Q: I have not been able to unlock the program.
A: Contact support.

SCRIPT ERROR

Q: I am getting a script error
A: This can be caused by improper installation.
Take Nymphobot! for example, it should be installed as follows:

Root Folder: Nymphobot! (this can be placed in any location. Default location is C:/Program Files/Nymphobot!)

The game exe should be in the Nymphobot! folder.
The Content folder should be in the Nymphobot! folder.
Files in the Content folder should not be moved or deleted.

Try uninstalling the game and deleting the game folder and
reinstalling the game.

If you are still having script error problems then contact support and describe the screen you are seeing and what action you performed when the script error occurs.

BIG RED X

Q: I get a red x where video should appear in my game.
A: You need to download and install QuickTime for Windows.
